Rodrigo V Trindade is the Executive Chef of the Hampshire House Hospitality Group, overseeing the culinary programs of Hampshire House, 75 Chestnut, 75 on Liberty Wharf, and Cheers.
A native from Brazil, Rodrigo relocated to Boston in 2001 and began working with the Hampshire House Hospitality Group the same week as his arrival. As his passion for cooking grew, he dedicated himself to climbing the culinary ladder within the company to his current position of Executive Chef.
Coming from a family that lived in a small town and loved to grow their own food, Rodrigo brings his roots to his work, focusing on bringing the best flavors to his dishes with local and seasonal ingredients. “I knew I belonged in the kitchen when I noticed how food can create a common bond and how I am able to translate my passion for culinary arts into health and happiness.”
