Karim Almechatt
Director of Operations
Hailing from Morocco, Karim was first introduced to hospitality as his family worked for the King in the Protocol Department. Karim then continued his hospitality education living and working in London and Paris before studying Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Karim began his Hampshire House career as a busboy in 1990 before quickly moving up the ranks as a server, assistant dining room manager and operations manager until his current position of Director of Operations. Karim is a master of the art of hospitality and demonstrates a passion for customer service. Karim also serves as Adjunct Professor in the Bunker Hill Community College Hospitality Department teaching the Food & Beverage Operations course to students of the Culinary Arts.
